| This workshop is a three hour training that will assist all State procurement officers, contract managers and program coordinators gain better understanding and increase their tools for developing SDP approaches in the procurement process. This course will cover SDP Requirements and Policies, Strategic Research and Planning for M/WBE Vendor Pool Availability, SDP Plan Approaches for Success, Managing SDP Commitments for Increased Outcomes, SDP Steps for Effective Contract Management and Maximizing SDP Plan Opportunities and Evaluation Options. Case studies will be part of the curriculum. Feel free to bring your examples and case studies for discussion.

| Registration for this classroom training is limited to Statewide Contract Vendors on PRF34, ITT40, PRF46, These contracts are enabled or will be enabled with Comm-PASS Quick Quote functionality. SWC vendors on these contracts are required to submit bid responses using a Quick Quote. This session will provide an interactive learning experience for staff responsible for submitting these online responses through their SmartBid subscription.
